昨天随同我舅母还有表姐表妹们去 (The Green House 抗氧化保健护理中心)
到底是什么?

说明:

"是让顾客躺在钸满含抗养化瓷砖的蒸气浴室内,放松心情养神,将瓷砖里释放的抗养化剂,尽情地吸入体内.在结束30至45分钟的疗程后 [汗流浃背] 的顾客可在休息室饮用所提供的抗养化水,以补充流失的水份.顾客在淋浴更衣后,就可以在身心轻松的情况下回家."

抗养化保健护理:

• 抗养化保健护理室内的湿度是介于20%-40%,热气只从护理瓷砖床底下的热气水管排出
• 恒温介于41至43摄氏度
• 人们在里头静躺30至45分钟,并会大量排汗
• 让你吸入抗养化能量,达到排毒,保健,美容的效果,并帮助细胞重生,增强免疫能力
• 抗养化保健护理虽大量排汗,却不会感到粘湿不适

第一次做这疗程,好兴奋...

更衣室是我们拍照的地方,穿着可爱的衣服,必定要留念一番...哇哈哈哈

进到去,只感到地上很热,走到跳下跳下...搞笑

找个位子躺下去...

果然很快就"汗流浃背"...

好舒服哦~

那些汗一滴一滴地流下来...

好就没有流那么多汗咯!

爽!!!!

嘻嘻

40分钟后...

走出热房...

看到大家都湿湿的,大家很享受~

嘻嘻

不能直接去冲凉...

而且要饮用他们为我们准备的抗养化水...

再过一些时间才能冲凉

感想:

如果时常接受这个疗程,我的皮肤会不会变美呢?

我觉得蛮不错~

我们这些少做运动的,是应该让自己出更多汗~

排出我们的毒素~

如果我可以,也想签下配套~

晚上, 两位美女说要来我家拜年~
每年她们都会来看我公公婆婆~
也算有心啦!

我们3个也很少聚在一起了~
各有各的生活~
昨晚真的好开心!

Dear 又要放孔明灯了~

我们也放了很多个~

就让她们放咯!

她们好像很enjoy...^.^

她们已经把自己的愿望写上孔明等...希望她们的愿望会实现~祝福你们~

Not Good taste at all...I dint finish my Steam Herbal Chicken Rice...
