what is the customer think?

Today i have see a stupid customer~
and she make me so funny~
dont know what she thinking in her mind?

She come to U MOBILE cetral...

Start to say her problem....

Last time she was sign up a U MOBILE broadband with modem...
the package have 2 years contract~
if u know the package have contract then you should know,
during the contract period u not allowed to terminate...
if you really want to terminate then you should pay penalty~
this normal lor~right?
even you went where to sign up any thing with contract sure have to know that~

She used the broadband already 5 months or 10 months im not sure that...
she never pay any payment to U MOBILE...
1 month payment also NO!
then U MOBILE sure automatic terminate her line lor...
after she cannot used the line she went to U MOBILE central...
she want to reactived...
actually if you want to reactived you must start a new contract...
thats means start 2 years contract again...
but she said dont want start new contract...
then try to help her to request lor~
U MOBILE give her continue the old contract...
then settle already...

After 5 months thats means today,
she came back U MOBILE central again...
she ask why U MOBILE want her to pay penalty...
you know why?
let me tell you...
because that after reactive she never pay payment again...
never!
1 month also NO!
U MOBILE terminate her line again...
then normal lor...
she need to pay penalty...
she ask why that time she went to U MOBILE reactive nobody to told her if pay late will charge penalty?
what is this question?
she not payment late,she is never pay it before...
then she keep ask why why why??
huh~
she used the U MOBILE service but never pay any thing to U MOBILE...
like that also can...
then sure terminate her line lor~
she keep saying she no terminate her line,she know when she want terminate she must pay the penalty,,
but she never say want terminate o!!
she keep say like that~
she dint pay it then U MOBILE sure can terminate her line without her permition lor~right?!

She still is a student...
she say so many thing also want to say is U MOBILE false...
haiz~
i feel that she start from last time also want to cheat U MOBILE...
but she dont know when she start to cheat she bring many problem to herself~
now she total amount need to pay back U MOBILE is arround RM1400++ something...
stupid lar~

Why got this kind of people ar?!
